LeadStream provides private workflow software for real estate prospect management.

Users may create a new customer workspace through public signup or join an existing workspace through an invitation. Controlled test environments may remain invitation-only.

Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under their account.

Organizations are responsible for data they enter, import, store, and use in LeadStream.

LeadStream processes organization data to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

LeadStream may send transactional emails for account invites, email verification, password recovery, and service operations.

Organizations using calling or SMS features are responsible for consent, opt-out, do-not-call, quiet-hour, and other outreach obligations.

Users who connect Gmail are responsible for the messages they manually send through their connected Gmail account and for complying with applicable email, consent, recipient, and provider rules.

The Gmail integration is for manual one-to-one communication and lead history. It is not a marketing email, bulk email, campaign, drip, sequence, scheduled-send, or automated outreach product.

A connected Gmail mailbox is private to the user who connected it. Organization admins and teammates cannot browse another user's private mailbox through LeadStream.

A user may manually link a Gmail thread to a lead. Linked thread history becomes visible read-only to users who can view that lead, while Gmail mailbox mutations remain limited to the connected account owner.

Disconnecting Gmail revokes Google access when possible, deletes stored token material, stops sync, and removes unlinked private mailbox cache. Linked lead email snapshots remain CRM history unless the owner unlinks the thread or deletes the linked snapshot.

With separate IRIS research permission, ChatGPT or Claude can read property research reports and sources, start paid investigations, request cancellation, and record action feedback. Before each start or continuation, confirm the exact property and expected cost. Existing billing and budget rules apply; cancellation does not guarantee an immediate stop or refund. Research may add findings, contacts, and notes under existing IRIS policy. Call-note research and calling remain excluded. Research targets, reports, sources, and feedback requested through the connection are shared with the assistant provider.

Users may connect LeadStream to ChatGPT or Claude through LeadStream OAuth. The connection acts with the connected user's current LeadStream organization membership and granted read or write scopes.

When you request document access, document metadata and document content are sent to your connected AI provider (OpenAI for ChatGPT or Anthropic for Claude). Downloads use short-lived links; uploads require file bytes supplied by the host and may be limited by the host's file support.

Users are responsible for reviewing requested actions and results before relying on them. Write tools can update private CRM records when the user requests and authorizes the action. Completing a task can resume that lead's existing follow-up automation, including SMS.

With separate permissions, assistants can manage noncalling campaigns, marketing sequences and drip follow-up. Changes require a current preview and explicit confirmation. Starting or resuming SMS requires acknowledgement of SMS fees and funding requirements; ordinary opt-out, sender-readiness and timing rules still apply.

Separately granted SMS permissions allow one-to-one SMS sends and scheduling as the connected user, which may incur fees. Users must explicitly confirm the exact recipient and message text immediately before each send or schedule, including the scheduled time. Existing consent, opt-out, funding and readiness rules apply. Quiet-hours protection allows 09:00–18:00 recipient local time; unknown timezone blocks sending. A single-send override requires explicit latest-message user permission after local-time disclosure and the exact expiring server phrase. Disconnecting the assistant does not cancel an already accepted scheduled message; cancel pending messages in LeadStream.

The connection cannot perform unrelated bulk edits, send email other than confirmed account invitations, place or control calls, enable Stage dialers or calling automation, change billing, or change IRIS budgets.

Prompts, tool inputs, and tool results sent through ChatGPT are also subject to the user's agreement with OpenAI and applicable OpenAI privacy controls; through Claude, to the user's agreement with Anthropic and applicable Anthropic privacy controls.

Users must not misuse LeadStream, interfere with service operation, access another organization without authorization, reverse engineer protected service code, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

LeadStream may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, maintenance, compliance, reliability, or product improvement.

LeadStream may update these terms. Continued use after updates means the updated terms apply.
