Include your account email, organization name, and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, MFA codes, or other credentials.
Account access
New customers can create a workspace through production signup. Existing workspace members can use their invitation or sign in with the invited email address.
Controlled test environments may be invitation-only and do not advertise public signup.
ChatGPT plugin
LeadStream's ChatGPT plugin connects through the universal MCP endpoint https://api.leadstreamapp.com/mcp and redirects users to LeadStream for OAuth sign-in and consent.
The plugin can read tenant-scoped CRM context and perform narrowly authorized CRM writes. It cannot delete or merge records, bulk edit data, send SMS or email, place or control calls, change billing, automate campaigns, or spend IRIS funds.
When ChatGPT invokes a tool, OpenAI processes the user prompt, requested tool inputs, concise conversation result, and any richer visual widget metadata returned for that request.
Each tool call creates one bounded security-audit record linked to the connected account and workspace. It records the tool, access type, outcome, time, duration, target category, safe record identifiers, and bounded counts for security review and troubleshooting. It excludes raw prompts, searches, contact details, note text, and update values, and is deleted by scheduled cleanup after 90 days.
Connection help
If connection fails, confirm that your LeadStream account is active, sign in again on the LeadStream consent page, and approve the scopes needed for the requested tools.
Disconnect the LeadStream plugin in ChatGPT to stop future tool access. Contact support if a connection remains unavailable or appears to use the wrong workspace.
Disconnecting does not immediately delete existing bounded security-audit records; they expire through the 90-day cleanup. Email support@leadstreamapp.com for an account or privacy request without including CRM content or credentials.
