Lawful use
Users must use LeadStream only for lawful business purposes.
Users must not send deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful communications.
LeadStream account email is for transactional account and service messages.
Users must not use invites, verification, or password recovery workflows for marketing blasts or unsolicited outreach.
Outreach
Organizations using calling or SMS must honor consent, do-not-call, opt-out, and quiet-hour obligations.
LeadStream blocks SMS sends when supported opt-out state says a recipient opted out.
Data
Users must not upload or process data they are not allowed to use.
Users should keep records accurate enough for responsible outreach.
Security
Users must not bypass security, organization boundaries, rate limits, provider safeguards, or audit controls.
LeadStream may restrict access or disable sending when use creates legal, security, deliverability, or abuse risk.
